· What you will find: Are you into a snack/lunch/dinner? Our latest venture is a farm-to-table restaurant close to our neighborhood (Maxvorstadt). Cantine Cantona serves regional and seasonal organic dishes and drinks -you have daily menus, at lunch and dinner time that changes every day. For lunch you can get your food like a canteen and in the evening, the restaurant transforms to the restaurant. Chicken, salads, everything is really yummy with open kitchen, nice staff, regional food- “From the farm to the fork”. The owner Fröschl bases everything in sustainability, no long delivery paths, no pesticides, organic and with high quality. Some recommendations? Country bread with pumpkin mousse chip, curry snow and chives; parsley potatoes and couscous with mint and fruits.
· Tip: Get the advice from the sommelier. He has contact with a young, creative winemakers who comes up with names such as for their grape juice “A glass of The summer was very big” (4.50€) or “Bathe Nackad” which is whiskey, lemon and elderflower as “Like jumping into the Isar”.
